Record notes
- Maltby's 84th-minute own goal is not an additional Omochere goal; the rebound struck Maltby and went in.
- Substitution times are recorded from the official Halifax Town report. Goodliffe's late entrance was delayed during the eventual equalising passage; the reported substitution time is not a verified exact moment of entry.
- No match red card was recorded by Halifax Town; reports of a post-whistle incident are not counted as playing-time discipline.
