Canadian striker Aribim 'Bim' Pepple arrived from Luton Town on loan in August 2024 and quickly lifted Southend's attacking threat. He scored twice at Solihull Moors and enjoyed a tremendous autumn, combining power with pace and an instinct for getting into goalscoring positions.

Across his 23 competitive Southend appearances he scored eleven times, including a valuable FA Trophy hat-trick. Although announced initially as a season-long loan, it ended in January 2025 before he moved to Chesterfield.
