Forward · 1932–1933
John Cecil 'Jack' Robson was an outside-left who joined Southend after a spell with Derby County in 1932. He scored six goals across league and cup, but published histories disagree over whether his first-team total was 26 or 27 matches. He left for Chester in 1933, later playing for Rochdale and Oldham Athletic.
These career totals are being corrected. The older archive entry for John Cecil Robson contains a known discrepancy and must not be used as a definitive figure. Its data is safely retained for reconciliation.
This is the archived career snapshot, not an automatically combined lifetime total. Some earlier seasons and cup records are incomplete; current-season matches are shown separately until each historical season has been reconciled. No unverified figures are presented as definitive club records.
